EDHEC’s Management Development Programme, Blended Learning format

 

 

 

EDHEC’s Management Development Programme, Blended Learning format is a comprehensive, all-encompassing management diploma course, fully compatible with a professional activity. The Blended Learning format combines E-learning (distance learning) modules and face-to-face groups in Nice and Paris to help you develop your managerial skills.

 

EDHEC’s E-learning and face-to-face Management Development Programme

  • 638 hours in total including 461 hours of individual and group work by E-learning
  • 20 days in groups in Nice or Paris (immersion courses).
  • Duration1 to 2 years depending on your personal and professional organisation
  • Language : french
  • Start dateMay or November
  • Location:  EDHEC campus in Paris and Nice
  • Qualification: Equivalent to a master’s degree. In France, Titre de niveau I, RNCP.  Eligible for the CPF (personal training account). (Code CPF 17527)

 

Programme content

  • 17 modules covering  business and management themes, available as distance learning via EDHEC’s E-learning platform
  • Coaching11 monthly individual coaching sessions will help you to develop your tailored career plan by way of an personalised goals contract, an individual consulting project and coaching sessions
  • 1 individual consulting project
  • 2 full weeks in an immersion and personal development course via the Managerial Innovation Workshop in order to develop your creativity and incite you to dare new managerial practices.
  • The participants try out original activities in offbeat situations and in groups to fast track their managerial development.

A new learning approach: serious games

 

The aim is to allow the participants to test their core management know-how and extend their management skills in virtual interview situations where anything might happen. These serious games were designed with all of EDHEC’s operational management expertise, combined with that of KTM Advance digital training courses.*

 

With a series of activities adapted to each participant’s profile, the Serious Games offer role plays covering different areas to promote good reflexes. The comprehensive learning paths are designed so that each participant can work at their own pace, according to their needs.
