(Challenges) Freedom and personal development: what young graduates expect from companies

In this article published on 20 January by Challenges, journalist Kira Mitrofanoff analyses the new EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre study entitled "From the campus to the office: how do the NewGens want to learn and work?": "[...] What is most important for them is that their well-being is taken into account by the company with a more human management," underlines Manuelle Malot, who directs the NewGen Talent Centre. It's very spectacular. Thus, personal development appears to be their main career objective, far ahead of questions of salary level or position of responsibility. And almost three-quarters of them (73%) say that, in their first job, they will pay particular attention to obtaining time off work to work on a project with a societal impact."
