(Parents) Paternity leave: 9 out of 10 people want more

In this article published on 28 November by Marion Bellal on parents.fr, the latest study by the Diversity & Inclusion Chair at EDHEC is presented as follows: "Paternity leave is celebrating its 20th anniversary in France this year. Initially lasting eleven days, it was extended to twenty-five calendar days in July 2021. The Diversity and Inclusion Chair at EDHEC, a business school, therefore looked at the reception and use of this scheme since 2002 and the expectations of parents. Among the 784 respondents to the survey, published on 28 November 2022, executives (75%), highly educated people (77% have at least 5 years of higher education) and people in employment (92%) are over-represented. The results therefore largely reveal the expectations of this category of the French population - executives with degrees and currently employed...".
