It is no longer rare to see a large number of health and well-being applications for patients flourish, to help them manage their illnesses and improve their daily lives. Although digital technology can be considered as a tool that is easy to understand and accessible to all, we must question its real scope, especially in light of a growing phenomenon: illiteracy, which affects 17% of the population in France (Insee, 2019), that is to say nearly 13 million people who have difficulty understanding digital tools..."
