In this article published on 31 January, Elise Casado looks at the latest EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre study: "The aspirations of the new generation of students and graduates, coupled with the roll-out of teleworking, have changed the relationship to time, place and connection at work. The EDHEC NewGen study on the subject reveals that physical spaces are now perceived as a place of learning and well-being by young people. Indeed, they favour the company culture, strengthen the social links between the employees of a company and allow to generate innovative managerial practices...".
